We got in around midnight after the long drive from Manali to Dalhousie, and the manager was still there waiting for us. That welcome meant a lot. The staff stayed attentive and polite throughout, and the food was delicious, with a different menu instead of the same dishes coming round again. We booked a Family Suite and a Deluxe room from 12/02 to 13/02. Both were spacious, spotless, and well cared for, including the washrooms, with lovely views of nature. The hotel also has up-to-date security technology, which was a nice extra. The Wi-Fi was down on the first day because heavy snowfall disrupted the connection. The team got it working again that same day. Everything else made for a memorable, comfortable stay that we’ll cherish.

Our tour organizer, Damania sir, suggested this hotel, and I’m glad he did. The surroundings are lovely, and the morning scenery was a great start to the day and gave me positive energy. Service was very good, with cooperative staff. We had a very good experience, thanks to Damania sir and the hotel team.

We spent three nights here as a family and had an amazing stay. The mountain view from the spacious room was stunning, and the staff were helpful. Food service impressed us too, especially when they customized the vegetarian food as we requested. I’d definitely recommend this place to families.

Everything else was good, but the food was easily the worst part of the hotel. It upset my stomach and made me vomit. I’ve never eaten food this bad.

The place felt clean and family-friendly, and the team’s support made everything comfortable. I stayed here with my kid and found the staff warm, friendly, and ready to help. There were plenty of food options and it was delicious. A peaceful, pleasant stay.
