Hotel Satyam International

The balcony looked out over lovely surrounding hills, and the hotel stayed clean and well cared for, especially the washrooms. Breakfast and dinner both had plenty of choice and tasted excellent. The staff were helpful, polite, and ready to assist, too. We had a great stay at Hotel Satyam International, Dalhousie, and I'd recommend it to other visitors.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. I also really liked the delicious food and the range of options. The hotel is conveniently located, and our modern, spacious room was well maintained with a stunning view. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious and came out quickly, while the courteous, attentive staff made the service stand out. The amenities were thoughtfully provided and well maintained, so the stay felt comfortable. Set on Khajjiar Road, the property is 3.5 km from Dalhousie and has a breathtaking view. I loved my time there and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dalhousie.

We were left waiting in the cold for hours with no pickup, and the manager eventually told us to find another hotel. Our group of seven had spent almost seven hours at Gandhi Chowk, from around 3 PM until 10 PM, after being stuck in traffic for 4-5 hours before reaching there. Narinder Tandon had told us not to worry and promised the hotel's 4×4 would arrive within 10 minutes. Before we traveled, the hotel had also confirmed pickup and drop service in messages welcoming us to Dalhousie, but none of those promised facilities came through. We called repeatedly and got no proper response or coordination. After 10 PM, when we asked directly whether anyone was coming, the manager refused and said it wasn't possible from their side. We had to book another hotel ourselves around 11 PM, after suffering in the cold. The false pickup promises, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional management left us stranded. Strongly not recommended if you value safety, comfort, and honest service.
