We paid ₹3500 for a deluxe room, though basic rooms start at ₹2500. That price didn’t feel justified by the room or service. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom had a poor design and stained taps, and there was no dustbin. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and mobile internet didn’t work inside the hotel either. The food was good, with a terrace kitchen, and the location was convenient for major temples, especially Banke Bihari.

A night at 4500/- wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was dirty, all its taps were bad, and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. We reported it and were told it would be fixed, but room maintenance was poor and staff didn’t provide service even after we asked.

There were ants crawling around the beds, sometimes no water, and 0 hygiene maintainance. For this economy and deluxe room, 2500 and 3500 is not worth it. Third class room.

The staff’s behavior made an already disappointing stay unbearable. I went to the front desk with a simple request for help and got rudeness and insolence instead. The receptionist acted like I was a nuisance, offered no useful solution, and seemed uninterested in my concerns. That treatment was completely unacceptable, and I won’t return. Cleanliness was also a letdown. There were stains on the carpet in my room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the hotel’s overall condition wasn’t what I expected from a reputable place.
