Capital O 322 Hotel Royal

There were flies in our room, apparently coming from the washroom, and damp walls gave off a foul smell. The floors and toilets were not properly cleaned, and hygiene seemed to be overlooked. The staff came across as unprofessional and indifferent when it came to guests' concerns. I booked a room with breakfast, but only found out at check-in that the hotel had no kitchen. They could offer tea, nothing more. There are no restaurants nearby either, so guests have to order food online, which is especially inconvenient for families with children or older people who may need a quick, fresh meal. The hotel was poorly maintained and lacked basic comforts. I had a very unpleasant stay, and wouldn't recommend it, especially for families. Look for somewhere else rather than spend your money here.

Yashika cab, thanks for the good work. Your service is very good.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was good. The accommodation was clean and nice. I'd recommend this hotel.
