OYO 3712 Chandigarh Grand

I left without checking in after personally spotting a camera inside the room and taking pictures of it. I asked to cancel right away, but the whole thing still cost me time and money. The room also seemed unhygienic and unsafe, with no visible security, fire alarm, or basic safety setup. There was a strong smell of alcohol and smoke as soon as I entered, and smoke smells lingered around the hotel despite a no-smoking notice at reception. There wasn't even a proper reception. It didn't feel safe or suitable for families, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Everything we ate was freshly prepared. Breakfast each day and dinner once were both excellent, and the service was excellent too. The rooms were good for the price.

I arrived late, so I put up with the room for the night, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to couples or families. The bed sheet wasn't proper, the AC ceiling was broken, the walls were in terrible shape, and there was no flush pipe. The room I stayed in was in very bad condition. The hotel needs improvement.

The rooms were clean and the food was tasty. There’s a large party hall, and breakfast was served in a cozy restaurant. It was great being here.
