I paid online, but the receptionist still asked me for more money. The rooms and restrooms weren't clean. This deserves a zero rating, but I couldn't give one here.

Booked on 18 April 2025, and I’m attaching the booking ticket in the image section as proof. Please take a look. The place was unclean, and the staff were rude and arrogant. A very bad experience, I wouldn’t book here again.

I came to Chandigarh for an exam, and there was no electricity for two hours. The AC didn't work, so it was very hot. The rooms were small, dirty, and unhygienic, and there was no peace in the area. A very bad hotel.

The hotel's location isn't great, and the actual room was dirty and smelled bad, nothing like the decent pictures on Agoda. The inside latch was missing, the cupboard was broken, and there was no Wi-Fi despite it being listed. Breakfast was also advertised as complimentary but wasn't provided. They should show the real room photos or take the listing down instead of misleading customers. I won't book here again, and I'm not sure I'd use Agoda either. Pathetic service.

There were termites in several places, and the rooms and toilets were dirty. The sheets were stained, there was no water in the toilets, and the AC didn't work properly. They had fake bisleri bottles too. The place felt unhealthy and unhygienic. Airbnb is far better. Never booking this hotel/oyo again, and I wouldn't want a stay like this again in my life.
