The room they moved us to was in awful shape, with no cleanliness, a strange smell, and a very dirty bathroom. There was an almirah full of personal bags and clothes, so it seemed the room was being used by staff themselves. We were told to wait until 12 or 12:30 for someone to check out of another room, but nobody followed up. Our first room connected to another one and had no lock on our side. The people in the adjoining room were making a nuisance, so we asked reception to move us. It took 2-3 requests to get another room. The whole experience was terrible.

They made us take a room that had already been used when we checked in, and the washroom stank. When we complained, the receptionist argued with us. Much later we got a fresh room, but it had happy birthday balloons stuck on it. The tea cost 30 bucks and had no taste. We ordered tawa rotis at night but got tandoori rotis instead, then had to pay extra for them. A really pathetic experience. If you care about hygiene, please don't book here.

The best thing here was how hospitable the manager and staff were. They were quick to help with the services we asked for, and the food was fine. The location is prime, and both the room and bathroom were clean and good. I was staying for an exam, and I loved my time here. A good hotel.

The hotel works as a low-budget place for a few hours, half a day, or an urgent overnight stop, but I wouldn't choose it for a family or kids. The location is in the central market, with food places within walking distance. The AC worked, as did the TV, but there's no in-house kitchen, so all food has to be ordered from outside. The rooms and linen were only average and not clean, and the bathroom smelled bad. A friend in another room noticed the same thing. There was no landline to call reception, the almirah didn't work, and we had to ask for towels and soap instead of having them supplied.
