10/10
I've been coming to this quiet, comfortable boutique hotel for years, and the last couple of years have brought a really positive change. The new manager and team seem to be doing a great job, with prompt service and a cozy stay. I love having two good coffee brands in the lobby, Starbucks & Coffee bean and tea leaf. Another excellent stay, as always, despite the occasional negative reviews.

The breakfast offerings were unsatisfactory, and I also didn't sleep well. The mattresses felt either too firm or too soft and didn't give enough support, which made it hard to get a restful night. That left me with a negative impression of the stay.

I stayed yesterday and had the best food and room. Great stay for an affordable price, best hotel in Chandigarh, trust me. Thnkyuouu.

The room service was up to the mark, but the rooms smelled. Breakfast was the same each day, with just 5-6 options. I won't visit again or recommend it to anyone.

There are lots of shops right around the hotel, and there are cafés on the property too. We stayed one night, though, and the room wasn't clean, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The sheets smelled, hair was all over the sticky floor, and after seeing the way they cleaned, the lack of cleanliness didn't really surprise me. The breakfast buffet was below average.
