On a recent business trip to Chandigarh, I found the stay comfortable and the hospitality good, despite a few minor inconveniences that were manageable. I accidentally left some clothes behind, then contacted the owner. He took my details, arranged a courier, and kept me updated on time. I really appreciated how cooperative he was. That kind of help is rare.
The hotel is about 1 km from Chandigarh Railway station, and check-in went smoothly. Cleanliness was only moderate. There’s no restaurant, and breakfast may not be ready when you need it. The food quality was really low, so eat at your own risk.
The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient. Our room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and clearly cared about guests being comfortable. The modern amenities made the stay enjoyable, and the service was excellent.
The location was the only good thing. We chose premium rooms, but they didn’t meet expectations: they were small and untidy, with a damp wall and dirty floor. The TV didn’t work either. I was very disappointed.
