The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making us feel welcome as soon as we checked in. Their service and hospitality made the retreat very enjoyable. It's a great place to relax, and one of the best HoteI I've visited so far. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were courteous and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had a comfortable stay at Prarthana Residency in Murudeshwar, with a clean, well-maintained room. Its location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and main temples. We were satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to others looking for good value in Murudeshwar.

The food was decent, but the service was awful. We waited 20 minutes before calling Richard to take our order, and he shouted at us for asking. Staff in the AC and non-veg section were extremely rude and snapped at customers over basic questions, including when they would take the order. The wait was long, and there wasn't even an arrangement for seating. They need to work on their hospitality.
