Hotel White Rose by OYO Rooms

The staff at White Rose Hotel were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they made check-in easy while explaining the amenities. They were friendly and courteous whenever I needed help, and housekeeping kept the room very clean throughout my stay. The hotel also had excellent hygiene standards. My room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and soft linens. The soundproofing kept outside noise from disturbing me. I enjoyed the restaurant's range of flavorful dishes, and found the location convenient for nearby attractions and public transport. I had a memorable stay at White Rose Hotel and would recommend it for a comfortable visit, whether for leisure or business. I look forward to coming back.

The bathroom had no water for bathing or drinking, and the room was very dirty. There was no clean basket, no hand-wash paper, and the main door had no lock. The hotel staff told me to leave the room open because they wouldn't be awake in the morning. I give this room and hotel a score of minus ten out of ten. Don't trust hotels provided by OYO.

The room itself was fine, but some basics were missing, including drinking water, a towel, and bath soap. Breakfast had been advertised as free when I booked, but after check-in the staff said it wasn't included. Check those details before booking.

I booked a room at night, but when I got to the hotel I couldn't open the door. The place felt horrible at night, and the staff had no manners. It was a really awful experience. Never go there.
