We stayed two nights and found the place dirty throughout. The bathroom seemed untouched for ages, the gallery was too filthy to step into, and the bed sheets were dirty too. There was no lock on the door, and when we went out they told us to leave it open and trust that nothing would be stolen. The promised TV wasn't there, either. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but the Aloo Parantha had no Aloo in it. I'd stay elsewhere, since there are better options for less.

This was a waste of money and time. The room had only a bed, with no chair or wardrobe hangers. The sheets and pillow cover were dirty, the floor hadn't been wiped properly, the TV didn't work and there was no wifi. The staff were rude, and customer support was poor. It feels like a village location, almost like a haunted house. After booking, they give you the worst and seem to play tricks that harass customers. They even pressure guests to leave 5 stars. The owner's replies to complaints are the same copy-paste message each time. Stupid!

We asked for Khichidi for a sick person and said we'd pay extra, but although they agreed to prepare it, it never arrived. The staff managing the place were rude and unethical, and breakfast came very late. The rooms were dusty and dirty, and service was very bad. Worst place to stay.

They wouldn't provide the complimentary breakfast listed in the booking, and kept my original identity card until checkout. The room was dusty, with no mirror or dust bin, and the TV didn't work. I couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes. Service was very poor, and they pressure customers to give 5 stars.
