The staff are really nice, and the location is close to the main road. Rooms are a bit small, but you can still have a very nice stay. The one thing to know is that there's a school nearby, and you can hear the morning prayer. If you like sleeping late, it may disturb you. Apart from that, things are nice and the stay should be good.
The rooms and washroom were clean enough. This place suits singles, bachelors, friends, and younger guests who don't mind a noisy, lousy atmosphere. It feels more like a college hostel.
The big balcony on the sixth floor has an astonishing view, and the lift is good; the corridor is spacious too. But this feels more like a PG than a hotel, and the service is average. You have to get water yourself from the RO on the floor below. The room and bathroom door locks don't fit properly and are very tight. Hot water is only available from 6 am to 10 am in winter, which is a major drawback.
The rooms are decent for up to three people, and the prices are reasonable. Room service is good, and they also serve food on the terrace. There's a TV, AC, and free Wi-Fi. Since the hotel is partnered with OYO, it gets quite busy. One problem: the bathroom doors in almost all the third-floor rooms can't be locked.
It's a family and couple friendly hotel, and they have women on staff too. The location is a plus, almost on the main road near the Chandigarh-Ludhiana highway. It can be hard to get a room even with a booking on peak days, and they may run short of some necessities then. Still, it's a good place.
