The rooms were clean, and they seemed to maintain proper hygiene. Staff were friendly, and the prices weren't too high for someone on a middle class budget. It's a couple friendly place for unmarried couples, and couples only need to show ID proof. They also offer AC, food, and parking.

We booked two rooms for our last stop on the Spiti Trip, thinking it was a good deal, but the stay turned out badly. One room had no window or ventilation, and its AC kept tripping and wouldn't work properly. The linen was very dirty, though luckily we had brought our own. There was a humid smell, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. A very bad experience.

We asked for extra pillows but didn't get them. The bed covers were torn in several places, and tucked under the blankets so we only noticed when we used the bed. Our TV wasn't working, and WiFi was available only by reception, not in the rooms. The staff did help carry our luggage, but the building is set back from the main road, with no proper access for transport vehicles. The location isn't good.

The rooms are manageable, but the host and service were terrible. They treated me like a lesser person and said I had to pay extra for an AC room or cancel the booking and go somewhere else. Better to stay elsewhere and be treated with some humanity. Avoid this place if you can.
