OYO 5853 Hotel Shingar Regency

I got cheated out of my money. I went there to drop my bag through LUGBEE, which turned out to be a fraud business. They didn't provide any legitimate OTP or anything, and I wouldn't trust these people.

The hotel is easy to reach in the middle of the market, and the room was big. The manager was polite, but the service was poor and there were only a few TV channels. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom was dirty, cockroaches were visible, and the linen was dirty too. They charged double the rate during exam time. They need to improve the cleaning and service.

The food was good, and the hotel staff were good too, which was the only thing I liked. It's reasonably priced and okay for a bachelor. For a family, it's not a good choice: the locality isn't that good, the road to the hotel is very narrow for a taxi, and you have to carry your luggage to the main road. There was a TV but no cable connection. Hot water was available in the morning, and there was an AC, though I couldn't tell if it worked.

I left my phone behind because I was in a hurry, but when I went back for it, it had already been hidden. I tracked its location and it showed it was there, yet they wouldn't return it. The desk staff member RAMRAJ was bad and selfish. Because my journey was unplanned, I couldn't book online, and they charged me 1600 rupees for a room that normally costs 900.
