The staff are good, but the service needs work. They should improve the food, water botels, proper washroom cleaning and shop availability. Apart from that, everything was good.

I booked for 7 days, but the staff gave my room to someone else and told me to move to another hotel. They said I'd have to pay that hotel for one day, then they'd give me a room here on the second day. Oyo had included complimentary breakfast, but at check-in the staff said my booking didn't include food. They weren't helpful and used bad language. A very bad experience. Don't book here, there are plenty of other options in that location.

The rooms and toilet were dirty, and the staff were rude. Even though I'd booked the room online well in advance, they initially refused to let me check in. Worst hotel I've seen.
