The staff were consistently attentive, polite, and helpful, and that really made our family visit memorable. We spent a week at The Zenith in Mohali, and the meals were another favorite, with plenty of variety and good quality for everyone. We looked forward to eating there each day. The rooms were spacious, well kept, clean, and comfortable, with a home away from home feel. From the moment we arrived, the warm, elegant atmosphere made us feel relaxed. Thanks to The Zenith, Mohali, for a wonderful family stay. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, good food, and great hospitality.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the dining area was clean with attentive staff. I stayed one night at The Zenith - A Boutique Hotel by Hot Millions. The modern exterior looked especially nice lit up at night, and check-in was smooth. The reception staff were polite and explained things clearly. Inside, the hotel felt calm and upscale without being overdecorated. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom looked neat and well maintained. The AC and other facilities all worked properly, and I slept without disturbance. The location was easy to reach, and the parking looked fine for guests. Room service was a little slow when they were busy, but the staff handled requests politely. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and the price seemed reasonable for the room and service. I'd consider staying again if I'm in the area, whether for a short visit, work, or with family.

Most of our family stayed here for a reunion and wedding reception. The boutique hotel was beautifully maintained, with gracious, attentive staff and amenities that felt truly luxurious. We had meals in the restaurant and through room service, and every one was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious.

The food was stale and cold, and one dish smelled so rancid that I thought it was unsafe to eat. We came for a meal, not to risk food poisoning. When we finally got someone's attention, the staff were rude, dismissive, and uncooperative about the inedible food. We had waited ages, but they didn't seem to care about the delay or what they were serving. Service was chaotic: staff rushed back and forth while our table and several others were ignored. The place felt filthy, disorganized, and badly managed. It was a pathetic, insulting experience, and a total waste of money. I'd give zero or even negative stars if I could. Stay far away. I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy.
