Midway Mysore By OYO Rooms

The restaurant is now udupi Sri Krishna bhavan, not Midway Mysore, and it seemed fine. The lodging still goes by Midway residency, but it's gone downhill since last year, when it was tied up with Oyo. We visited last week and found dirty rooms, unwashed bedspreads and blankets, and no cleanliness. There was no reception or caretaker, just two people covering shifts around the clock. I booked two rooms for 3000 rupees. When I raised the poor upkeep and high charge, the person on shift was rude and told us not to come back. He didn't even give me a receipt for the stay. Beware of these cheaters, don't waste your money here.

We'd booked two rooms through Goibibo ten days ahead, but they had been given to someone else. Since we arrived at 2 am, we had to use a spare room, and it was in poor condition, with a used bedspread, broken toilet, and an untidy room. The receptionists were rude and showed no concern. OYO did nothing about our problems. Never choose this hotel.

The location is good, the room was nice, and the staff were very good. Sir, could you share your reception phone number or your number? Oyo doesn't show a booking option, though we've tried many times. Is the hotel open or closed? Please confirm.

Even the AC in our room didn't work, and reception did nothing about it. The rooms, bathrooms, fixtures, cleanliness, and reception were all extremely poor. It was a horrible experience. I need my refund from Oyo. Avoid this place at all costs.
