The food was average, with most dishes only okay. What made the visit pleasant was Fathima's friendly, cooperative service. She waited patiently while we chose, brought everything with a cheerful smile, and made sure we were comfortable. She was attentive, professional, approachable, and quick to help, and her kindness made us feel welcome and cared for. Staff like her can make an ordinary meal feel special, and her positive attitude deserves the four stars.

The location worked well for us, around 7km from Oachira and 10km from both Charummoodu and Kayamkulam. Our room was in good condition, the food was very good, and room service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

The kulcha and Naan I ordered on 12/02/2026 were so thick and stiff that my father and I struggled to bite them. My jaws were hurting, and I told him to throw the food away. It was a strike day, and it was the worst kulcha and Naan I've ever tasted. I called reception to get the general manager's number. He explained that the chef was on leave and a trainee had made the food, apologized, and said he'd do something about it on my next visit. But when I told him we'd thrown it out because it was too hard to chew, I felt he should have acted right then. That would have shown more accountability.

They were pushing people to leave even before the official closing time, and it made the place feel unpleasant. The staff seemed more interested in getting customers to drink quickly and go, with no friendliness or basic hospitality. It ruined the atmosphere, so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to relax and enjoy a drink.
