The staff were polite, but that's the only reason I'm giving this one star. The rooms were mediocre, with few amenities, and the meals were just okay for a restaurant that was too pricey. When I asked to have the bedding and covers changed, I was told the responsible staff member had left for the day and it could be done in the morning. They did bring fresh bedding after I asked again. It's not worth the tariff or a recommendation. They need better quality checks and staff management.

The owner was especially rude. After we ordered food from outside because the hotel's food was so poor, she refused to let it in, even though nobody had told us about this at check-in. She spoke as if letting us eat there was a favor, and wouldn't let workers bring us crockery either. The food we'd ordered from the hotel had arrived very late, cold, costly, and in small portions. The rooms were damp, the shower leaked, and no toiletries were provided despite the online three-star claim. There is no lift. The whole experience was horrible, and I wouldn't spend money here.

The owners provided good furniture, bedding, curtains, and rooms and toilets of a good size. But the place isn't maintained, and the staff have really let the hotel down. There was dust everywhere, and the bedding and washroom were unclean. The owners need to address basic cleanliness and amenities. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The first lunch was good, fresh, and hot. We arrived late, but they kindly served us with decent service and good rates. The next day, though, they refused to serve lunch at the same time. The service is inconsistent.
