The waiting area is decorated nicely, but the photos online and the outside appearance don’t show what the rooms are like. I paid ₹1750 for an AC double-sharing room with one extra person, and it wasn’t worth that price. The room was in bad shape: no AC remote, a broken door handle, old walls needing renovation, and a night lamp without a bulb. The TV and telephone didn’t work. In some rooms, turning on the shower sends water up like a fountain to the ceiling, then dirty water from the ceiling falls on you. There’s no balcony either. There was nobody to help with our luggage. The lift stopped working after we booked, room service wasn’t provided, and nobody answered when we rang for help. Those were just the issues I noticed, and there may be more. I wouldn’t recommend booking or even visiting. If you’re considering it, see the room before booking, and don’t be taken in by the online pictures or exterior.

The one advantage is that it’s very close to Central station. The reception looks nice, but the rooms are average. My AC room wasn’t worth 1400 rs: there was no AC remote, no hot water in the bathroom, no TV, a small cockroach ran across the floor at night, and the toilet door had no lock. The hotel is down a narrow road in a slum-like area. I’ve posted a photo, check it out. Don’t choose this place.

The room smelled foul and there was no TV remote. For the price, it wasn’t worth it, and the staff were unfriendly. My stay here was a complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms are tiny, even the Deluxe Room, and full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. There’s no drinking water, no towels, and no hot water from the geyser. They charge money for every day you stay, and the staff are extremely rude. The TV is there, but there are no channels. For mosquitoes, they give you a smoke-producing coil instead of repellent. Cars can’t get to the hotel because it’s in a very narrow lane. The rooms are very expensive for what you get.
