We’d booked 10 rooms for a marriage function and paid everything at check-in. In the morning there was no water, and staff said a tanker lorry would come later. With cockroaches all over the rooms and no water supply, we had to rush to another hotel. I’ve never faced anything like this in my life. A terrible experience.

The place felt unhygienic and unhealthy, with no sense of safety and a terrible smell throughout the hotel. When I checked in, there were no reception staff who knew Tamil or English, and communication was very poor. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room had cockroaches everywhere and smelled so bad I had to go out for a walk. The heater didn’t work, and the flush wasn’t working properly either. 1400 is way too much for rooms like this.

We arrived around midnight with a confirmed OYO booking for an AC room, already paid at ₹800 per night, but the staff first claimed there were no rooms. They then admitted rooms were available and asked for more money. They wanted another ₹1,000 for AC, even though that’s what I’d booked. OYO customer care was vague and unhelpful, and we were left waiting in the lobby for over 1-2 hours with nowhere else to go. Exhausted, we paid ₹500 extra just to get a room, but it was non-AC. With ₹1,300 paid in total, the staff still insisted we’d need to pay another ₹1,000 for AC, which we couldn’t afford. When we questioned them, they were rude and dismissive. The management took advantage of our situation, and neither the hotel nor OYO took responsibility. A nightmare experience. I’d avoid this place unless you want hidden charges, rude staff, and unreliable service.
