The receptionist kindly looked after my bags after checkout while I went to my appointment. The hotel is a convenient choice for a Visa Application Centre visit, about 15 minutes away. Staff were courteous, and the receptionist even complimented my handwriting on the arrival form. I booked a basic deluxe room and was surprised by how enormous it was. It had a spacious bedroom and washroom, with the wardrobe in a partitioned area between them. Food was the one weak point. Dinner in my room was neither very good nor bad, and breakfast choices were limited for a 4-star hotel. The food department could improve.

The rooms are well kept, but the food and service were awful. Breakfast was the same dishes over and over, and in-room dining had very few choices. Even a single cup of coffee could take more than an hour. There were mosquitoes, and construction inside the hotel brought a lot of noise and pollution. This didn’t feel worthy of being called a star hotel.

The location was good, and the food was okay. I stayed for two days in a suite, which was fantastic and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel is being renovated, so daytime could be a bit uncomfortable. The massage chair in the room also needs an upgrade.

A really bad stay. Renovations were going on, but they didn’t tell us when we booked. On my first stay they also charged me for a towel stain, even though it was turmeric. Very, very poor experience.
