Between The Mango Trees

Ramya was a really helpful host, and we liked the large suite's heritage style. It came with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, induction stove and basic utensils, which was handy. The place is in a residential layout, with street parking outside. It's near the Mall, Geetham and Marina beach, and both Instamart delivery and Swiggy food options are available. The food is prepared in a homely way, too. There are two guards, one nice, slightly chubby guy and another who's the complete opposite. I'd recommend it for a stay of a couple of days.

After a long day's work, I found this a quiet place to unwind, with little noise or disturbance. It has the main facilities you need to manage things yourself, which suits me. I really liked the comfortable accommodation and the old-home feeling. A wonderful place, and I'd certainly recommend it.

The room could use a table: I had to work in the dining room, which wasn't great for long stretches since it had no air conditioning, although the internet was satisfactory. We also had repeated room service interruptions, including a carpenter coming to fix a door stopper while our baby was asleep. Maintenance would be better scheduled when guests are out. Still, we had a positive stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the beds clean and restful, and the residential neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a fridge and washing machine, and the washrooms were well maintained. The staff were helpful, especially the security personnel, and I would recommend the place despite those issues.

The home-cooked food in Chennai helped make my business trip a success, and the place had that feeling of a home far away. Check-in was efficient, and the location was convenient. I spent two great days at “Between the Mango Trees,” with excellent service, spotless cleanliness and a memorable home-like atmosphere. Thank you, I'll definitely return!
