Cn Guest House by OYO Rooms

The staff were rude, the property wasn't cleaned, and families or women travelling alone should avoid it. When I ordered food online, the room service guy asked why I was ordering online and said to give him 100 instead for breakfast. Another staff member tried to sell me lunch for 70, which wasn't worth even 30. He asked me to come with him to the hotel so I could tell them it wasn't worth the money. Later, he admitted they use this kind of margin for people they don't know and said they'd also ask for extra service charges. The place was the worst guest house I've stayed in. The bedspread, towel, and everything else looked like they were from 1990. The pictures in other reviewers' posts are the real ones, not the images uploaded by the hotel. Wi-Fi, geyser, and TV were all listed, but none of them worked. Even a normal water bottle cost 30/-.

I called ahead because I knew local places can be unprofessional, but when I arrived late at night in the rain, they told me to contact customer care and change the room if needed. It's a disgrace for Oyo, and this whole experience was deeply unprofessional. I don't wish to give it any stars. The place smelled bad, and the bed hadn't been set up with sheets or a blanket. We had to get them ourselves after the laundry man showed up late, around 11 pm. They also took 300 extra in cash, claiming that " the oyo is cheating them and not paying them ". This seems to be one of the worst Oyo hotels for people who book and pay through the app.

The room was very dirty, and the bathroom didn't have a lock. The staff were rude.

After arriving at the guest house with a confirmed OYO booking, I was told the rooms were full and that I'd need to pay extra to get another room. It seemed to happen because I'd prepaid OYO. Even after paying more for an AC room, I got a dirty, smelly non-AC room. It's just a cheap guest house, and it seems their main way of making money is fooling people. Don't book remotely, online, or through Oyo.
