Lavanya at reception and the night duty staff were cooperative and looked after us well. I stayed for three days. The rooms were small, but comfortable enough for a short trip, and both the room and bathroom were cleaned well. The location is central for shopping areas, hospitals and medical centres. The only difficulty for me was the very heavy entrance gate, which was hard to manage while I was on a medical trip. They could have someone help with it, or ventilate the reception and protect the gate area in some way.

It's new and neat, and it's fine for a solo guest or a business trip without a car. The rooms are very small for the price and definitely don't work for families. There's no car parking, so I left mine on the pavement along a very busy street, which I wouldn't advise. Smoking inside should be avoided, and there was noise in the alley at midnight. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

The rooms are extremely small, and the whole place feels cramped. Mine smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I checked in. There were also lots of mosquitoes, apparently coming through the utility pipes that open into the room window, and that area was a mess. I wouldn't recommend staying here for this price.

My family and I stayed for a week. Housekeeping and the front office staff were excellent, cooperative and always willing to help. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms are great, the bathrooms are spacious, and the hallways, rooms and elevator all look nice. But we had no Wi-Fi in the room, and breakfast was delivered there, leaving us to eat in a cramped space. The worst part was the sheets: both beds in our room had stained, dirty bedsheets.
