Collection O 66663 Arun Prasath Park

I picked this place because I was with family and wanted somewhere safe and quiet. It's near tambaram Railway station, and the room itself was quite good, with okay room service. The bed sheets had stains, though, and at Rs2450/- it felt overpriced.

They charged nearly Rs2000, and I wouldn't say it was worth even Rs700. The place is poorly maintained: the plug points don't work, the false ceiling looks dangerous, and the electrical connections don't feel safe. Toilet steel fixtures, the dining washbasin and the mirror weren't clean either. No WiFi.

Some of the staff were helpful, but the room didn't match the price. There was no hot water when we checked out early at 7am, and the service phone wasn't working, so for anything we had to go to reception.

Fine for a stopover, and the stay was otherwise smooth. This is a regular lodge, not the 3 star hotel in the description. They seem to try to keep it clean, but the stained beds and sheets need more attention. I'd skip the restaurant and complimentary breakfast in the morning, they might as well stop offering them.
