For airport transit, it worked out pleasantly enough for what we needed, but I found the stay underwhelming. I booked a suite for 5k. The beds were okay, though the bathroom smelled and was only manageable. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes just outside for food. The soundproofing is poor: staff were shouting in the corridor at 4am, and metro announcements came through. Fine for a stopover, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

The location is great, right across from the airport, which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. I stayed for just 3-4 hours overnight to sleep while in transit, and it suited that purpose. The room was compact and a bit smelly.

The location is the sole advantage. The reception person’s attitude was sky-high, and the service was terrible. Their website doesn’t have an up-to-date contact number, and they wouldn’t even bring drinking water to the room. For its size and facilities, the room was overpriced and smelled bad.

In December I came back because I had no other options, and the experience was terrible. I was treated with incredible disrespect and charged an extra 2000 rupees for nothing. It upset me so much they made me cry. Such a bad change from last time, when manager Dinesh was there. Back in October, it was a little tricky to find, but the staff were very friendly once I got there. I enjoyed the stay, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
