Collection O Senthamizh Residency

The room wasn't hygienic and didn't feel worth what they charged. It seemed like they cared more about collecting money than satisfying guests. The first thing they told me was that I wouldn't get the room shown on the OYO website. If that's the case, it shouldn't be listed on OYO.

I arrived around 9 PM with a confirmed two-day reservation, but the hotel refused to check me in. Neither the hotel nor the reservation partner had contacted me beforehand. It seemed the hotel had found a better deal than what I paid, then blamed a technical glitch with the reservation partner. The manager was rude and wouldn't discuss a solution. He said he wasn't responsible for accepting online reservations and had nothing to do with the payment taken through the site. It was a real nightmare. I couldn't find another place nearby to move to. Take the risk yourself if you book here, or arrange a backup hotel in case they won't let you check in.

We were so disappointed when we saw the dirty rooms. There were around 50 or more bedbugs, and the toilet was filthy. They also charged me extra at the hotel even though I'd paid online. We left immediately and asked for a refund. The owner wouldn't refund us and told us to look at the other rooms instead. I'd never recommend this place.

I booked through the MakeMyTrip app for 610rs, but at check-in they asked for another 689rs. I had luggage issues and no other option, so I paid the extra and stayed. The room was good, but the bathroom wasn't, it smelled a bit.
