FabHotel Green Tree Inn

The room was cramped, with a small bed and barely room to move. It was dirty, including under the bed, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The sink was outside it, which was inconvenient, and mosquitoes made sleeping difficult. We didn't get enough drinking water and had to ask several times. The included breakfast wasn't good and didn't make the stay worthwhile. We had originally booked a Green Tree hotel near the US Consulate, where the listing showed two beds plus an extra bed for three people. After arrival, they said there was a power shortage and moved us to a different branch opposite the DMK office. Altogether a very unpleasant stay, especially unsuitable for people with important appointments like visa interviews.

I booked a double room through make my trip, but they gave me a single room with poor sanitation. It wasn't changed to a double until the evening. There's no lift, the staff didn't respond properly, and it felt relatively unsafe for women.

A prime location, easy to find, with everything nearby. It's also within half km of AGDMS metro. The service was amazing, especially from Rajan sir and vijay sir, who looked after my needs and made me feel at home.

The location is okay if you need to be near VFS Global, but the room was untidy, and the blankets and sheets were awful. Having the wash basin beside the bed felt completely disgusting. I booked after seeing Agoda ratings and fake images, and realized I'd been cheated when I checked in. Green Tree Hotel gave me the worst service and facilities I've ever had. Please don't book it for any stay, even in an emergency.
