The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms could be cleaner and a bit better. The fan regulator and heater both weren’t working.

We stayed at Venture Park for 15 days with friends, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. We’d paid the full amount in advance and were told it couldn’t be refunded, so we had no way to leave despite the problems. A one-night stay with friends might be tolerable, but expect discomfort and poor service. The night receptionist was rude and uncooperative. We worked day shifts and came back around 8 PM; when we raised the same issues again and again, he was arrogant and brushed us off without helping. The bathroom windows were oddly placed and very low. At 5'7\", I felt exposed using the bathroom, even though the glass looked frosted, since it started around chest height. That’s a serious privacy issue, especially for families. The AC was dusty and poorly maintained, and it didn’t cool the room properly. It kept dripping water inside, leaving the floor wet and uncomfortable. The remote controls were confusing too, with no clear labels or names.

It’s in a prime spot beside AKDR tower. Some rooms have hygienic bathrooms, but others don’t, so check yours before you check in. They don’t allow early check-in or late checkout. The rates are a bit high when booking at the hotel, so consider using Apps.

I’d stayed here before, but this time was my worst experience. The AC in the luxury room I booked wasn’t cooling properly, so I asked the reception guy to check it. He was very rude and behaved inappropriately. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to make sure guests are comfortable. This was ridiculous.
