Even with a confirmed booking, I was denied check-in. The tiny rooms looked unhygienic, and getting to reception meant carrying my luggage along a very narrow passage on the first floor, with no help. Nobody welcomed me there either. I had to look for or ask for the manager or caretaker, who might ignore you while doing chores at home. Very unprofessional.
The manager may charge extra and deny check-in if you booked through OYO, MMT, or another platform. The rooms are small and poorly maintained, and there are rats in the hotel. Please don’t visit. It was a terrible experience.
They brought plates when I asked, and the service was good, but the rooms weren’t clean. It’s near infosys, with autos available, though the drivers overcharge. Follow the Oyo app directions instead of Google maps to get here. Keep it as a last option.
The location is good, and the property manager was very good, but the hotel feels expensive for the facilities and price. We booked for three people and weren’t given an extra mattress. There’s common water and drinking water, an attached bathroom with an English toilet, AC, an almirah, a dressing table, and dustbins. The entrance isn’t wheelchair accessible. Vinod.
A bit expensive, and cleanliness needs improvement.
