We arrived and were told to go out into the searing heat. They wouldn’t even let us stay in what they call a lobby while we looked for another hotel. The pictures also look nothing like the property, which seems much more run down. If the rooms were in the same condition, I’m glad we stayed somewhere else. It’s still listed as bookable online today, so I guess those systems don’t work either. As a Westerner, I wouldn’t go here. They demand prepayment or won’t honor the booking, but only Indian payment methods are available. There’s no international Visa or MC, so completing prepayment is impossible. I contacted the hotel, but they replied to say they confirmed my late check-in, which I hadn’t asked about. I guess someone was copying and pasting responses without reading the messages. Terrible hospitality. Stay away, and have a good trip.

The rooms are small but good, clean, and properly maintained. They’re in a posh area, with all the necessary places close by, including food, medical facilities, a mall, and the central railway station. One thing didn’t feel safe to us: the hotel staff gathering at reception made our female trip partners uncomfortable.

The location was the one real advantage. The rooms looked worse than the pictures, and the bathroom smelled bad and had a cockroach. They only changed the bedsheets after I argued with the staff. The hospitality was very poor.

The staff were polite, but the facilities were very poor. I booked four nights and didn't get room service on any of them, or even drinking water. The rooms also looked very old, as if they hadn't been maintained for years. A terrible place to stay.

Room 208 wasn't up to my expectations. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom sprayer needs replacing. The lift is outdated too, and the hotel could use some renovation. I wasn't satisfied with the room.
