One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The place was filthy, the room smelled, and cockroaches were wandering around. The sheets were dirty and garbage bags had been left out in public areas. Nobody seemed to care. People were openly smoking and drinking wine. Stay away if you want to feel safe or keep your family safe.
I didn't feel safe or comfortable during my stay. The rooms and bedsheets were extremely dirty, and the washroom hygiene was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to families or people traveling alone.
The party hall and food were excellent and well appreciated, and the property itself looks very posh. But the rooms were poorly maintained, room service coordination was lacking, and the parking we were offered didn't match the actual turnout. It's a good place to host a party if nobody is staying overnight. With guests lodging here, I'd strongly advise against it.
A highly disappointing stay. Poor upkeep in both the rooms and dining area, pests across the property, and unacceptable hygiene in the kitchen storage. The whole place came across as highly unprofessional.
The rooms weren't hygienic, and cockroaches came out at night. Room service wasn't good either. The receptionist's attitude and communication about the stay and plans could have been better.
