The smooth check-in and checkout made things easy, with no delays. My room at Hotel Lions India, Chennai was clean, neat, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. I had a comfortable stay and was satisfied with the service. The rooms weren’t clean and didn’t seem suitable to stay in. They wouldn’t answer calls or follow up about the booking, but kept calling when it was time to pay. Really poor behavior. Please don’t go there.
This residency in Chennai had recently been renovated, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was ideal. The service was good too.
We’d booked one night with breakfast but left after just three hours, and weren’t given a refund. The room was nowhere near what we’d seen on Google. Dirt was all over the place, the bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled awful, and there was hair and dirt on the blanket. Someone had spread a wet towel across the bed. A really bad experience.
The photos on the app don’t show the place as it is now. The rooms weren’t clean, the toilets were in bad shape, and there were no towels or water. Very bad hotel, wouldn’t recommend it.
