A very good place to stay, with reasonable prices compared with other hotels.

The food, service, atmosphere, and cleaning were all 5/5, and the staff behavior was just as good. Hotel Kings Palace in Chennai made for a comfortable stay, with spacious, well-kept rooms and the essential amenities. The air conditioning worked properly, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and hygienic. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Staff were polite and professional, room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to local attractions, railway stations, shops, and restaurants. It offers complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, plus a good breakfast spread with Indian and continental options. The staff also understand and speak Hindi. We were given a welcome drink and minirol water too. For the price, it’s good value. I’d recommend it for business, a family trip, or leisure, and would definitely return.

I came to Chennai for business, and the rooms are good for an affordable price in a busy part of the city. There’s car parking with CCTV and hot water around the clock. The AC in some rooms isn’t cooling properly, including mine. If they fix that, the amenities overall are excellent.

The welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay at King's Palace Hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that had a great view. The service was top-notch and the prices were very affordable. I’d happily stay here again, and would recommend it for the combination of welcoming service, comfortable rooms, and reasonable prices.
