We were there for two days with severe back pain and had booked two rooms for three people each. Asking for two extra mattresses seemed like a basic request, but the staff refused to help. The manager argued with us and shouted at reception, which was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly sorting things out, the staff behaved badly. They showed no understanding of our health needs. This place lacks basic hospitality and empathy, and I wouldn't recommend it if you expect respect or cooperation.

The stay was just okay, and there are probably other hotels in this price range worth considering. The menu lists 40-50 dishes, but only 10-20 seem to be available throughout the day. Restaurant staff didn't seem interested in their work, and even when we thanked them, they didn't respond.

Getting around is difficult without your own vehicle since shops and the market are far away. Still, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the food was good too. I had a good experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently close to IT firms and MIOT hospital. The rooms are good, though the breakfast they provide is very simple. I couldn't change or upgrade my room because I had booked online.

The in-house restaurant was a real help, although its kitchen shuts at 10:30. Breakfast is fresh and complimentary, and room service was good. It's a clean, decent place to stay, but it seems to have been around for a while: some doors show rust and the cups are chipped.
