We met here over a weekend to talk and have a drink, wanting somewhere quieter than a bar or pub. The rooms were neat and well kept, and the bathrooms were clean. RO water was available in the kitchen, and the place was easy to reach. Parking wasn't a problem, though there were no clear signs, and we just parked in an open spot without anyone asking. It could be a good place to stay around Tambaram. Just don't be put off by the couples coming and going, hand in hand.

We booked a 2BHK for one night and had a peaceful sleep. Both rooms were clean and well maintained, each with its own split AC, attached bathroom, two cots, and an LCD TV. Between them was a small kitchen-like room, and the hall had a sofa, chairs, and a coffee table. Worth the money.

The staff gave no proper response and seemed very irresponsible. There was no AC, toilet flush, or heater. Couples are given two single beds set apart. On weekends the lobby and pathway smell of smoke. Breakfast comes from nearby hotels and isn't complimentary. Tea and coffee for two costs 70 rupees from one of them, while an auto costs 50 rupees, and Swiggy delivery is cheaper. They require cancellation 15 days ahead for a refund, so beware. Even the staff said they were going to move elsewhere to work, so make up your own mind.

I stayed for one night and one day, and it was a horrible experience. There were no proper power sockets, the fans were noisy, and the TV had no set-top box. The old beds were soiled and smelly, and the bathrooms were worse than bus stand bathrooms. Better avoid it.
