OYO 23081 Little Stay Service Apartments

The room was quiet, with no noise from outside, and had a study table, chair, TV, and a working AC with no power cuts. Hot water was available in the morning, and they provided water bottles when asked. Cabs and autos were readily available, and there are plenty of well-rated restaurants nearby on online apps. The helper boy Taj was polite and helpful. A pleasant, hassle-free stay, I'd recommend it.

We stayed just one day, but the service and hygiene were poor across the board. The OYO Rooms charge was too high compared with other hotels, and the mineral water and breakfast they offered were exactly that, an offer. The hotel management suddenly disappeared. Poor choice by OYO Rooms and a total disappointment.

I booked for six days but cancelled after arriving. OYO did a very bad job: they seem to upgrade a normal lodge or two-star place to three stars just by adding amenities. OYO had confirmed there was a kitchen, but there wasn't one. They blamed the hotel, then OYO; when I called, they registered my complaint and did nothing. The manager said on the phone they couldn't do anything. The hotel is remote, near a garage, and has no lift. Thankfully my reservation was refundable, so good riddance to the place. The staff were very nice and helpful, though, and guided me to a nearby place.

At 11 pm, my friend arrived and found the room in bad shape, with a dirty bedsheet covered in hair and stains. When he asked the manager to replace it, the manager refused and told him to change hotels if he didn't like the room. He even threatened to call the police unless my friend left. We called the police ourselves, made a complaint, and they handled it. We then booked another hotel. Never book this place.
