The toilet was dirty and the bathroom floor tiles were in a very poor state. There were small cockroaches and bugs in the room, and the beds had bedbugs that made our child itch. We told the service staff, but got no response. We stayed as a family for one day and it really wasn’t suitable for us. The room was a waste, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.

Worst experience of my life. The AC filter seemed unchanged and the room was suffocating. Water was leaking in the room, and the bathroom had hot water running all the time. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and there was an issue with the shower.

Superb. The receptionist was very well behaved, and so was the room attendant.

The photos seem to be from the inauguration, so don’t trust them. They charged a lot but didn’t provide water or toiletries. The hotel passage is very narrow and occupied by drunk people, which made it feel unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or couples. The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The toilet was unhygienic and in a terrible state. They didn’t provide the doormat I requested for the bathroom entrance. There was no TV, the AC didn’t work properly, and the door locks didn’t function. Never go here.
