The air conditioning worked nicely, and the complimentary breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was appreciated. We were only there for a few hours, so the problems didn’t affect us much. Still, service felt lukewarm and the room wasn’t clean. It had been tidied on the surface, but clearly not properly. They should put more effort into looking after the rooms.

The food was good and the service was good too. I came back to this restaurant after a long time. It’s usually crowded and hard to find a table, but this visit was quiet. Around 7 pm, the A/C dining area was empty, and the menu choices seemed limited, maybe because there weren’t many customers. The non-A/C hall was partly full. The ambience and restrooms could use improvement. It’s fine for a quick bite, but I wouldn’t pick it for a relaxed family meal.

The mini tiffin combo is a good pick, with popular south indian tiffin items and a mini coffee. I liked the taste, and the food arrived quickly. The waiter was courteous, and there’s plenty of car parking.

We held a pre wedding ceremony here and were very satisfied with the service. We booked Silver Hall and paid only for the food, with the hall provided free. The menu was extensive, tasty, and, more importantly, economical. It was worth every penny, and I’d recommend this hotel for birthdays or small functions.
