We stayed for three days and were very happy with the facilities and the way we were treated. Manager Vasant was decent and helpful at reception, and staff member pintoo was especially energetic and cheerful. Room service was available whenever we called, and free car parking was provided inside the premises. MM Residency is a peaceful, well maintained property in perubakkam, right beside Advent church. It's on the road and easy to find with Google maps, with bus No.99 and 95 routes nearby. The two floors have 16 rooms in Classic, deluxe and family deluxe categories, with AC and non-AC options. Prices are reasonable for the facilities, around INR 650 - 2000. The rooms were clean, well furnished and had toilets, toiletries, a TV, a small refrigerator and a water geyser. The beds were spacious and well cushioned. There's also a private restaurant, accessed from inside the hotel. It's better to book online through goibibo and see your room before checking in. I'd recommend staying here for a comfortable, peaceful visit.

I've never had such a terrible stay. The rooms were tiny and untidy, the AC wasn't working properly, and they didn't provide towels or toilet accessories. They also charged for breakfast that was supposed to be complimentary, then served food from a nearby tea stall wrapped in newspaper. The staff just lay around on the sofa, leaving guests to carry their own luggage, and the manager was really an a******. I plan to lodge a consumer court complaint over their unruly behaviour. Avoid this place if you want to save your money. #oyoroomsarelikeshit

The room was comfortable, and all three of the boys were friendly and helpful. It's a good choice if you'd rather stay away from the crowded main area. Though the property is right by the road, people may not know its name or exact location, so Google maps is useful for getting there on time without confusion. I wanted to take a photo of the room, but the boys wouldn't allow it because it would breach their privacy. We still had a nice time there.

The room was dirty and the floor was soapy and slippery. There was no hot water, and the heater was damaged. The receptionist was always playing games on his phone and didn't seem to care about customers waiting. Better not stay here.
