OYO 75927 Pride Hospitality

The manager was rude when I questioned why the hotel staff wanted more than the amount I'd booked through OYO, so I decided not to check in. I complained to OYO, as I think others should if they run into the same thing. OYO told me they would remove the hotel if they received more complaints.

We arrived and the manager didn't respond or answer his phone. The service boys weren't helpful either. Before booking through OYO, customer care had told me to check the timings with the hotel, and I confirmed them before reserving the rooms. In the end they moved us to a neighboring hotel and charged Rs. 500 for each room. The worst hotel I've seen. Be careful.

The rooms were quite good, with a separate dining area and kitchen, and the service was very good too. The person at reception was polite and helpful. There's no food service, but you can order online and have it delivered to your room. It was great value for a short stay near the US visa biometric building, which is within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place for a day or two.

I tried to cancel in the OYO app after the hotel told me directly that it had no affiliation with OYO and that I shouldn't come. The app didn't offer a cancellation option. The next day it marked the booking as a "no-show" and charged me the full amount. Before that, I'd contacted the hotel to confirm my booking.
