OYO Townhouse 430 Everest Hotel

I had a confirmed booking through the OYO app, but the receptionist still refused to give me the room at the booked rate. He demanded more money and didn’t care that my reservation already showed the price.

The staff rudely told me, “If you want an AC room, go out and check other hotels.” I’d booked an AC room through OYO, but when we arrived they said only non-AC rooms were available and seemed to be serving walk-in customers while ignoring advance bookings. We tried calling several times, but they never answered. Even OYO customer care and their AGM tried to reach the hotel, without a response. It was extremely disappointing. With this kind of treatment, I strongly advise against booking through OYO or any other online platform.

Rooms weren’t clean, there was no heater, and the lift didn’t work. I asked for the room to be cleaned; they said the servants would come, but nobody showed up. Poor rooms and no maintenance, just a waste of money.

We were three people from Delhi, two women and one man, with two rooms already booked through OYO. When we arrived at 9 p.m., they said they had no rooms and made excuses instead of giving us what we’d booked. Their behavior toward us was terrible. The man didn’t seem to understand that there were two women with us. It was ridiculous, with no basic human sense.
