We looked at three rooms and every one smelled musty and unclean. The curtains were literally held together with tape, the bathrooms smelled awful, the lift wasn't working, and the property seemed completely unmaintained. The online photos were very inaccurate, and I lost the money I paid. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The reception guy didn't seem welcoming at check-in and could have been more courteous. The rooms could be tidier, too. There were no towels, toothbrush, or toothpaste.

Nothing about the stay was worth what I paid, not even a single star. The rooms weren't cleaned and had a foul smell. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty, the cable TV didn't work, and there was no parking.

We didn't stay and left straight away. The place was cheap, dirty, disgusting, and the staff were rude. Our money was wasted.

The entrance was chaotic, with a crowded tea shop right by the premises, and there was no proper parking. I didn't feel this was a safe place for families. The owner or manager was extremely rude, and housekeeping had a terrible attitude and didn't respond to us. The room landline didn't work either. Inside, there was a strong smell of alcohol, the bathroom was in poor shape and quickly got dirty, with no proper buckets or mugs. The AC and geyser didn't work properly, and water from the AC leaked onto the floor. The pictures look nothing like reality. I wish I could give zero stars and strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.
