The location was good, but the stay was very unpleasant. Staff were extremely rude, and they disturbed us in the middle of the night with irrelevant questions. There were outsiders crowding and gossiping in the parking lot. The bathroom door was broken, the room had cockroaches and rodents, and the bed was dirty with red ants on it. The promised glasses or cups weren't in the room. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff weren't courteous and wouldn't even allow a 30-minute grace period at checkout, although we were a large family group. It felt like they wanted to make extra money. Toiletries weren't set out before check-in, so guests have to ask. The suite geyser didn't work, its intercom was broken, and the bathroom door was damaged. One booked room had no TV, and the WC kept running. Overall, the worst experience.

The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't changed between guests. They just mop and clean the room for the next customer. The reception person had no common sense about how to speak to customers, and the manager was irresponsible and talked as if he were giving us rooms for free. The staff management was awful, and it felt like they were fleecing us. Don't book here. There are plenty of good lodges near MIOT hospital.

I couldn't sleep all night because the old window AC made a lot of noise. The ceiling fan was even louder when I switched the AC off, and there were lots of mosquitoes. In the morning the power went out, with no generator backup, and the bathroom water heater wasn't connected to a power socket, so it didn't work. The bedsheets were dirty and smelled bad. I had a severe headache the next day after such a horrible night. Never stay at this lodge.
