SPOT ON 79066 Kvr Guest House

I checked in around 9am today and paid 250 to get the keys, even though the room was vacant. The room was in terrible condition, with no bedsheets or towels. The washroom was dirty and flooded with water, and the promised wifi wasn't available. I checked out around 3:39pm and decided not to stay.

The rooms were dirty, in poor condition, and the staff were rude. They ask for more money, and it feels like money is all they care about. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Chennai. Please don't choose it. It didn't feel safe to stay here.

The receptionist was drunk and arrogant. I called the local police (108), and they arrived at 8.30. Only after that did the receptionist give me the room key. KVR Guest House washroom

The rooms were poorly maintained and extremely dirty. We paid extra for early check-in, but were still asked for more money at the location. The bill wasn't in the name of the place we'd booked, either. The customer service person who booked it for us had falsely assured us that the place was good. I'd strongly discourage booking here, regardless of what the OYO call center tells you.
