Grand horizon

The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we chose to leave early, they refused to refund us and acted outright arrogantly. The place felt unsafe, with drunken men loitering around, harassing women, drinking in the pool, and causing chaos while staff stood by and supported them. Our room smelled foul, like livestock had been kept inside. The sheets provided had bloodstains, so we asked for extra ones. The AC leaked, the shower didn’t work, the sink was clogged with dirty water, and mosquitoes ate us alive all night. This was the worst place I’ve stayed, and it ruined our holiday. It wasted our money, time, and energy. Poorly maintained, unsafe, unhygienic, and not worth even one night. It felt like a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
