This hotel has been closed for a long time and does not exist as an operating place. Customer care told me there were no rooms, but said they could arrange an alternate hotel for extra charges. Don't book here. Avoid third-party sites like Oyo or Agoda and call the hotel directly before booking. They are now refusing to refund the full amount and are charging for cancellation.

The rooms were clean, but getting there was difficult. It’s on a very narrow road, so reaching it by cab or auto is hard.

The area felt like a slum, with a really unpleasant environment. I was shocked to find a hotel in a place like that. We went without booking through oyo, and the receptionist first quoted a price, then changed his story for different reasons and acted rudely. Even when we were willing to compromise, he left people waiting on the road. Also, what’s shown as two rooms is actually a 2 bhk house. How are two different families supposed to stay there? I’d look for a better option.

We were travelling as a family for a function and booked this room because everyone else was busy for Muhurtham. The cigarette smell bothered us a lot, and we couldn't adjust to the very short check-in and check-out window. The room was small, and so was the toilet, where water was stagnating. The AC didn't work, and without it the room was too hot. Room service was terrible and didn't come to fix anything. They simply told us it was an automatic AC and didn't help. Worst experience.
