Housekeeping is badly neglected. They reuse the same bedsheet instead of replacing it, and it isn’t changed properly; the bathrooms aren’t cleaned well either. The service is very poor, and the staff behave badly and don’t listen. The manager is useless, just sitting to the side doing nothing. We’re only staying here because we have no choice.

The rooms and service are fine, though it’s a long way from the city centre. The Chennai metro and local station are nearby, which makes getting around a little easier.

There’s parking, and the price is affordable. Rooms are clean, and it’s okay for a night, though there aren’t many hotels nearby. Don’t expect basics like a toothbrush or kettle, as they aren’t provided.

They have a good hall for birthday parties and other functions, and the rooms seem meant for that purpose. I only stayed one night while driving to another city. It was just okay for an overnight stop, and hygiene needs work. Parking is outside the property, and the area doesn’t feel safe for leaving a car there.

I went to a family function here. The lawn worked very well for the event, and the dining area was spacious. Having open event space is a real plus for this locality. The place where the function and meal were held was great, though the location itself wasn’t that great. I didn’t get to see the rooms. Overall, it’s a good venue for events of 100-150 people.
